Log into your EART account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund or exchange.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
